I managed documentation for a company-wide adoption of a new financial and HCM software solution. Before and during the rollout, I converted vendor-provided docs to our knowledge base's style, wrote original docs for Company-specific processes, and produced video tutorials. The fictionalized sample on the right is based on a doc I made to help managers use their new tools to delegate financial tasks. The doc provides context and practical steps, then takes care of the user's quality of life with tips and reminders.
I started this document by interviewing the Accounts Payable team, watching demos of their process, and asking what they thought the users should know. Next, I drafted the document and sent it to Accounts Payable for back-and-forth edits.
I also handled weekly change management communication for the financial and HCM software rollout. I solicited content from executives in HR and IT, drafted the emails with a friendly tone and scannable structure, then reached out to my HR and IT stakeholders for edits. This is a fictionalized version of the first email.
A company's Data Analytics team wanted to funnel users through a new mobile app's installation process. I installed the app on my own device, collected screenshots, and put together a guide aiming for short steps and absolute clarity in the visuals. This is a fictionalized version of that document.
I also produced two video guides for this software rollout, starting with recorded in-person demos with an SME to use as the videos' basis. I wrote scripts, recorded voiceover, and edited the videos before passing them to the Data Analytics team for review.
